Terms and conditions:

1. Contest Period
1.1. The best slogan contest runs from 01/01/2013 at 00:00:00 to 30/04/2013 23:59:59 (GMT +8).

2. Eligibility
2.1. This contest is only open to all citizens or permanent resident of Malaysia above the age of eighteen (18) years old with a valid National Registration Identification Card ("NRIC") number at time of registration.
2.2 Employees and immediate family members of the organiser, their advertising agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Contest mechanics
3.1. Contestants must submit their entry through the webpage & complete the slogan 'I want to win an IPAD because…(in more than 100 and less than 640 characters).
3.2. Contestants may send in as many entries as they wish during the contest period but only the entries made at the same time as a valid purchase of bmobil club subscription will be counted.

4. Judging
5.1 The Contestant must ensure that their Contest entries are complete and accurate. This includes full personal particulars, purchasing info and slogan in more than 100 and less than 640 characters. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will be disqualified.
5.2 The Organiser reserves the right to reject any registration and/or entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
5.3 Only entry with valid purchases during the contest period will be considered valid. Entries without purchase will be disqualified.
5.4 Any entry exceeding the maximum allowed number of entries per receipt (2 entries) will be void and considered as an invalid entry.

5. Contest entries
5.1 The Contestant must ensure that their Contest entries are complete and accurate. This includes full personal particulars, purchasing info and slogan in more than 100 and less than 640 characters. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will be disqualified.
5.2 The Organiser reserves the right to reject any registration and/or entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
5.3 Only entry with valid purchases during the contest period will be considered valid. Entries without purchase will be disqualified.
5.4 Any entry exceeding the maximum allowed number of entries per receipt (2 entries) will be void and considered as an invalid entry.

6. Notification of Contest Winners
6.1 Contest winners will be notified mobile phone used at time of registration. The Organiser reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deemed fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the contest winners.
6.2 In the event a winner is not contactable after three (3) attempts over a period of three (3) consecutive days, the Organiser at its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility and the next qualified contestant will be selected as the winner.
6.3 Upon request, contest winners will be required to give their photocopy of NRIC and contact details deemed necessary and relevant by the Organiser at its discretion within forty eight (48) hours upon receiving the email/call notification from the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit prizes for any contest winner who does not provide the required details upon receiving the request/notification.
6.4 The Organiser reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Contest winners and to fulfill the delivery of prizes and Contestants agree that the Organiser may provide all necessary information of Contest winner to such third party to facilitate such service.

7.Prizes
7.1 One (1) selected Contestant with the best slogan within the Contest Period (hereby known as “Contest Winner”), is eligible to win, an iPad 32GB with wifi.
7.2 The Organiser reserves the right to request written proof of residency and of the age of Contest winner before prior to prize collection.
7.3 The Contestant must provide proof that they are the bill payer for the mobile number indicated at time or registration/contest entry.
7.4 The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prize and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage there to or arising there from.
7.5 In the event that a Contest winner chooses not to accept a prize, he/she will be forfeited of any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the Organiser.
7.6 All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Contest winner, and the Organiser excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Contest winner shall comply with the terms and conditions of the prizes. 7.7 Prizes are not allowed to be exchanged for cash or for any monetary items. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes with other prizes of the same value without prior notice.
7.8 Winners must sign and return any Prizes Acceptance Form presented (if any). Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
7.9 Prizes will be dispatched by courier to the contestant & requires signature by the contestant on receipt of delivery.
7.10. Bmobil Pte Ltd is not liable for the lost/damage of prize after the delivery of the prize.
7.11. Prizes will be dispatched by the Organiser, within 2 weeks after receiving the required documentation (7.2, 7.3).

8. Variation to the Terms & Conditions
8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add-on any other Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Contestants shall be bound to such changes.

9. Suspension
9.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or delay the Contest in the event of unforeseen circustomerances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Disqualification
10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify Contestants and/or revoke the Prize (at any stage of the Contest) if:-
10.1.1 The Contestant is ineligible or does not meet any of the Eligibility Criteria; or
10.1.2 The Contestant breaches the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or violated any applicable laws or regulations; or
10.1.3 In the Organiser’s sole determination, it believes that the Contestant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception.
10.2 In the event of a disqualification after the Prize has been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to demand for the return of the Prize or payment of its value from the ineligible Contestant.
10.3 Whilst the Organiser will endeavour to conduct necessary verifications on the eligibility of contestants, failure to disqualify any ineligible contestants shall not be deemed a breach by the Organiser
